Fabric sourcing & selection
Compare cotton, polyester/cotton blends, synthetic, stretch, and performance fabric options against your intended use. Composition, weight, finish, feel, and availability guide the selection.
CUSTOM APPAREL & UNIFORM MANUFACTURING
Apparel manufacturing, from concept to production.
Modern Gear Textiles™ helps businesses, uniform buyers, and apparel brands develop garments around the way they will be worn. Work directly through fabric selection, pattern development, sampling, and production with our manufacturing team.

01 / CAPABILITIES
Start with the job your garment needs to do. We consider fabric, fit, construction, and practical details together, so development decisions support the product you intend to make.
Compare cotton, polyester/cotton blends, synthetic, stretch, and performance fabric options against your intended use. Composition, weight, finish, feel, and availability guide the selection.
Develop the pattern from your design or reference garment, then review measurements, proportions, and ease of movement. Fit revisions are worked through before sample approval.
Use a physical sample to assess the garment before committing to production. Review construction and fit, identify changes, and give the team an agreed reference for the next stage.
Move the approved design through dedicated cutting and sewing teams. Specialist seam, reinforcement, and closure operations support construction; the quality control department supports inspection.
BUILT AROUND YOUR BRIEF

02 / OUR MANUFACTURING FOUNDATION
Modern Gear Textiles™ draws on a family-owned garment factory and direct relationships with its pattern master, cutting team, sewing operators, and dedicated quality control department.
This connection gives development feedback a practical route into the garment. Pattern adjustments, pocket placement, and construction details can be discussed with the people responsible for making them.
The expansion to 100,000 sq ft is projected; it is not current operating space.
QUALITY IS IN THE DETAILS
Agree what matters for your garment before production begins. Our quality control department supports inspection against those project requirements, bringing fit, materials, and construction into the review.
We discuss any required testing, quality criteria, and sample approvals during development and production planning. Requirements and schedules are confirmed for each project.
Tell us what your garment needs to do03 / HOW WE WORK
Whether you have an early idea or a detailed specification, the first conversation establishes what to develop, what to review, and how to plan production.
Outline the garment, wearer, approximate quantity, sizes, and timing. A reference image, existing sample, or technical specification helps us understand the details you want to carry forward.
Work through fabric choices, pattern development, sample construction, and any testing needs. Review the physical garment and agree the revisions before approving it.
Set the scope around the approved garment: quantity, price, quality criteria, production timing, and shipping arrangements. Confirm these details before proceeding.
A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
Every project has its own materials,
construction, and timeline.
Yes. Share the garment’s intended use, reference images, measurements, or an existing sample. We can discuss the material selection, pattern development, and sampling needed to develop it.
We can discuss individual custom requests and small production runs. Feasibility and minimum quantities depend on the garment, fabric availability, color, and construction. Include your approximate quantity in your inquiry.
When suitable fabric is available and design details are agreed, an individual custom pair of pants can be made within a few days. Development, fabric sourcing, larger orders, and shipping have separate timelines. We confirm a schedule for each project.
We welcome private label inquiries. Share your garment requirements and any labels, packaging, or other brand details so we can confirm the scope, feasibility, and costs.
