DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION

Uniform development for your team

A uniform brief brings together the garment, intended use, size range, and approximate quantity. Share your reference images, measurements, existing sample, or technical specification so the manufacturing team can understand what you want to carry forward.

01

Fabric selection

Compare cotton, polyester/cotton blends, synthetic, stretch, and performance fabric options. Composition, weight, finish, feel, and availability guide the selection for your intended use.

02

Patterns and fit

Develop men’s and women’s uniform patterns around the agreed measurements, proportions, and ease of movement. Review fit revisions before approving the physical sample.

03

Sample review

Use the sample to assess fit, construction, pocket placement, and closures. Record any changes so there is an agreed reference before production planning.

04

Production and inspection

Move the approved garment through cutting and sewing. Discuss the quality criteria and any required testing with the team; the quality control department supports inspection against project requirements.

PROJECT QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Scope, feasibility, costs, and schedules are confirmed for each project.

Can you develop both men’s and women’s uniforms?

Men’s and women’s uniforms are part of our manufacturing scope. Share the size range and fit requirements for each garment so pattern development and sampling can be discussed.

Do you have a fixed minimum quantity?

Feasibility and minimum quantities depend on the garment, fabric availability, color, and construction. Include an approximate quantity in your inquiry so we can review your project.

How is a uniform production schedule agreed?

Development, fabric sourcing, production, and shipping have separate timelines. We confirm the schedule around the agreed garment and project scope.
